  7. After  several  years  of  painstaking  research,  we  have  unearthed the high
  8. possibility  of  EBE  base  areas  in  the Nevada area.  Observations from many
  9. individuals,  some of whom have been threatened by various parties, have led to
  10. the following conclusions:

  21.       various locations, and one of these locations encompasses
  22.       the Nevada Test Range Complex.

  24.     * Further interior electromagnetic confinement zones have
  25.       been constructed within the primary zones.

  27.     * Bureau of Land Management (BLM) equipment doubles as
  28.       confinement field projectors.

  30.     * Underground facilities in the area have the following

  33.         * Testing and development of Defense Space Weaponry

  35.         * Cloning of human replacement bodies that will be
  36.           occupied by implanted consciousnesses.

  38.         * Breeding laboratories for abducted human females.

  40.         * Biological Material processing laboratories.

  42.         * Confinement facilities for humans.

  44.         * EBE-Govt Joint Facilities.

  49.           Gravitational Vehicles for USAF, NSA, and

  55.     * Vortex areas serve as entry-exit points for various aerial
  56.       vehicles. Vehicles as large as 200' diameter have been seen
  57.       for a long time at the Jumbo Peak vortex area. Blue Diamond
  58.       vortex area is also very active, and as of June 1988, disks
  59.       have been seen during daylight hours.

  62.       activity and various humanoids that are observing human
